We're a locally owned San Antonio pet grooming company offering both mobile dog grooming and salon grooming. Since opening in 2018, we've continued to grow while working hard to maintain a team environment where communication, flexibility and supporting one another matter.

Our team members are W-2 employees — not independent contractors.

Weekly Pay

No waiting two weeks for payday. Pup Town Spaw pays weekly.

Keep 100% of Your Tips

Tips belong to the team member who earned them. Employees receive 100% of their tips.

Flexible Scheduling

We understand that our employees have lives outside of work.

We're flexible with scheduling as long as there is good communication, reliability and consideration for the rest of the team and our clients.

Paid Time Off

Eligible employees can begin receiving PTO after 90 days of employment.

Health Insurance

We offer health insurance benefits for qualifying full-time employees, with Pup Town Spaw paying 50% of the employee's insurance cost.

Full-time employment is generally 35+ hours per week.

Team Trips & Experiences

Sometimes we need to get out of the grooming salon too!

We believe in creating opportunities for our team to enjoy experiences together outside of the normal workday, including occasional team trips and activities.

Annual Team Dinner

Our established grooming salon is conveniently located near Highway 151 and W. Military Drive in the SeaWorld area of San Antonio.

Pup Town Spaw — Babcock & 1604

Our second San Antonio grooming salon is scheduled to open in early November 2026!

The new Pup Town Spaw location will be near Babcock Road and Loop 1604 in Northwest San Antonio.

As we continue growing, we're excited to create additional opportunities for talented groomers and pet professionals to join our team.

Mobile Grooming Opportunities

Pup Town Spaw also operates a mobile dog grooming service throughout the San Antonio area.

Our mobile groomers work from professionally equipped grooming vans and travel to clients throughout our service area.

Mobile grooming can be a great fit for groomers who enjoy working independently while still having the support of an established grooming company and team behind them.

We'd love to see your work.

When applying, tell us about your grooming experience, availability and the type of position you're interested in. Photos of previous grooms or a grooming portfolio are always welcome.

Experience with different breeds, coat types, large dogs or cats is also helpful.
