Our policy lasts 45 days. If you have not received your shipment and it has been 30 days or more please contact us and we will issue you a full refund. If 45 days have gone by and you have not contacted us we will not be able to issue you a refund.

Our satisfaction guarantee policy lasts for 7 days after your item has been delivered. If 7 days have gone by since your item was delivered we will unfortunately not be able to issue a refund.

If you purchased an item on sale we will not be able to issue you a refund as sale items are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a refund on items you are not satisfied with your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Also, we do not cover shipping costs, you must pay for shipping to receive your full refund. Please click Contact Us and send us a message.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer we will supply you with a return address.
